Design Analysis
Learnability - One of the pros in learnability on the site is the Events page. Having it purely sorted by date might be confusing and/or overwhelming to a user. However, as it is organized by category of event, this makes this part of the UI more learnable. A con on the learnability side is that the title for the tab FAQs is very misleading-- FAQs could mean FAQs about the college or about the site itself. It may not be a big enough affordance on the Stories page for clicking on people's picture to see their profile.
Efficiency - One of the pros in efficiency of this design is the side panel which shows all the tour information. This is constantly and easily accessible at all times no matter where you navigate to on the UI. Another pro on regarding efficiency is that the questions are visible at all times in the side panel as well, and you do not need to go to another page to access them. The categories in the Events page also make this UI more efficient if you know the category of an event your want to look up. However the obvious con of this would be that you would have to scroll and read through all of the events if you don't know the category of the event you're searching for.
Safety - The feedback button is at the bottom right corder of the UI (and more specifically the bottom of the side panel), which makes it more safe according to Fitt's Law. By the underlining of the tabs (which indicates what page you're on), mode errors are prevented.
