Tableau Upgrade
Tableau's website highlights new features, including descriptions and images/videos, for all past Tableau releases:
- All releases
- The current upgrade (probably by end of FY22)
v2021.2
v2021.3
v2021.4
- Also check out Tableau Accelerators (dashboard starters) at exchange.tableau.com
- Future upgrades (sometimes FY23)
Tableau is slowing down its releases to twice a year (instead of quarterly releases), which means more stuff will be packed into each release. If there are features that you see in new releases, let IS&T know by contacting reporting-help@mit.edu. Let them know what the feature is, what version it’s in, and how it’ll help you do your job better. That’s the best way for us as a community to advocate for timely upgrades.
