Initially, we were considering this rope guide, but after running FEA of 140 lbs., found it had only a safety factor of 1.

Using this rope guide (McMaster-Carr 8860T82)

After running FEA of 140 lbs., safety factor of 1.7

 

 

Note: The CAD from McMaster is not precise for this part, so be careful when manufacturing the interfacing holes for the diaphragm
