BMC has agreed to the following next steps in terms of amendments to the draft SOW (attached) to be delivered by 2/20: MIT GOLD SOW-V3 1 23012013-ProjectBased V2.21.docx
- Upgrade the current Dev environment to Remedy 2013.1 and use this to build the prototype
- Increase RAM as need to improve performance for both the Dev and QA environments
- Including Analytics to build prototype reports (see use case 3)
- 3 payment milestones to correspond to completion and approval of deliverables for each phase:
- Remedy OnDemand Live! Prep
- Service Request Management
- Solution Enhancement
- Estimated start date of March 18th
- Target completion date of May 24th
- Statement as to how this initiative will reduce the costs of a future implementation effort
- One addition we did not discuss today but require:a bio or CV for each of the professional services staff that will be working on this engagement
MIT IS&T has agreed to the following next steps:
- Pat and Chris will identify and engage with needed stakeholders and subject matter experts that will be involved in this effort by mid March
