Chrome
At times issues logging into e-Builder may produce this error. To date this has occurred only in Chrome and the instructions apply only to Chrome. There are similar settings found in other browsers.
The error message (displayed after completing Kerberos login routine) is: e-Builder Error: System error occurred while decoding the token
You may clear this error by following the below procedure.
- Go to Chrome Settings.
- Scroll down and click Advanced
- Click Open Proxy Setting
- Click Content
- Click Clear SSL State
