Use Case Workshops

ACCORD will run a series of use case workshops to look at common topics. For each topic, we hope to identify and run through a few common use cases.

Desired Outcomes

For each topic we would like to arrive at the following four deliverables or desired outcomes:

1. A decision tree, navigable by and from the point of view of a faculty member
2. A services description using consistent language across the range of services within the topic, and particularly language that is relevant to a faculty member
3. An update to the Teaching With Technology web site to incorporate the consistent services description, decision tree, and set of services within a topic
4. Socializing the services description and decision tree for a topic within ACCORDiacs to make them useful and consistent tools for educational technology service providers in direct contact with faculty
