PIs submit proposals via PIs and Applicants access the pre-proposal submission interface for two different types of submissions: during the pre-proposal submission phase of two-phase calls, or during submission for single-phase calls involving utilizing only the pre-proposal interface (pre-proposals or applications). eSG Administrators manage Administrators manage the pre-proposal / application submission process via the RFP FMP interface and the Administrative Review web interface or the RFP FMP interface. Budgets This layout is relevant in the pre-proposal phase only when pre-proposal budget worksheet submission is activated for a particular call. If budget worksheets are used during the pre-proposal phase, the pre-proposal coverpage automatically displays the total requested Sea Grant and Grantee funds calculated from the worksheets. Please refer to Budget Worksheets and 90-4s for complete guidance in using eSG's budget worksheet system. |

Please refer to Budget Management in FMP for complete guidance in using eSG's budget system. If eSG budget worksheets is are not used for the pre-proposal phase of a call, budgets may instead be attached to the proposal narrative. |
