This non-computer interface is very simple and extremely efficient. It doesn’t require any schedule commitment; Busy Brenda could pass by the school any time she is free and deliver or collect messages.

| Design 2 – Teacher Parent forum
This simple design would provide teachers and parents with a platform where they could share their concerns or opinions about matters related to school and educating their children. It would also contain a page called “Chats” where users would be able to have private conversations. - Busy Brenda would send a message to Teacher Tammy through the chats page, requesting a conversation with her to discuss Sarah’s math failure.
- Busy Brenda would also be able to express her concerns about her daughter failing math in the forum. Other parents or even Teacher Tammy would be able to reply to her comments and provide her with educational material, or other solutions to her problem.
