- dates will now be pushed out to 4/15-6/15/13
- still waiting for dev performanace language to be worked into SoW or SLA (for minimum of 3 months after prototype go live)
- check in on 3/8/13 with BMC as to status

- proposal is still being worked on by BMC and will be delayed until 3/4/13
- performance of dev environment is still an issue
- Bryan will send proposal of "guarantees" for review
