- Haystack doesn't have cafeteria or immediate access to restaurants. so we decided to order as a group some food for lunch. We will serve all 4 lunches (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).
On Wednesday evening, we will invite everybody for dinner along with our Buonsanto Lecture Speaker (Dr. Mark Moldwin).
Therefore we will charge $100 each person to offset the partial costs. Credit card machine will be used to collect your contribution. If for some reason you cannot reimburse the costs, please let us know; we will manage to wavier your contribution.
HOTELS:
There are a few nearby hotels which MIT Haystack has contract with for discount rates for our guests/visitors. These hotels typically (1) are ~20-25 min away by car from MIT Haystack; (2) provide free breakfast; (3) provide free WiFi internet; and (4) provide free transportation between the hotel and MIT Haystack.
