To Book 9-217 (Zoom Room)

• From the Spaces Tab on the Atlas App, you can see all the Zoom Meeting Rooms.
• Date and the available room will load.
• Or you can select the room you want.
• Enter date and time.
• If the date or time does not load, it means the room is booked at that time.
• Once you select your meeting time, you can invite people to the event via the app.
• You can add to Calendar as well as cancel within the app.
