No. The Stellar Mobile Web Service is a generally available web service that can be accessed from any mobile browser, and does not any require installation or setup. It is independent of the MIT iPhone app. How do I access it? To access the @Stellar Stellar Mobile Web Service, launch use your mobile browser and to navigate to Stellar (http://stellar.mit.edu) on your mobile device.
