This three column layout is meant for maximum efficiency. No menus, tabs, or workflows means repetitious tasks are easy to perform. Packages, guests, and items can be added, browsed, and removed all from one convenient screen.

This design takes its cue from the now-ubiquitous "omni-bar" on modern web browsers that takes any input (urls or search terms) and intelligently decides the proper thing to do. In this case, searching for any term brings up a summary pane with all relevant actions. For example, searching for a student name automatically filters the package, guest, and items accordion lists and provides easy access to adding packages, checking in guests, and checking out items.Image Removed

design 3

This design is intended for mobile interfaces. Different tasks are available by "app" launcher screen. Each "app" allows the user to browse, add, and remove entries from a particular category: packages, items, or guests. Large font, simple layout, and an icon-driven interface make this system easy to use, even on small screens.
