| A project manager typically requests that is typically the initiator of a request to add a user be added to the project.to the project. To do so, the project manager completes the below process form. When the form is completed, click the Submit button. Review Processes to learn how to begin and interact with processes.  Image Added
- The request is routed to and completed by the e-B admin.
- If the request has all of the information needed the e-Builder

- administrator will add the resource to the project.
- If more information is needed the requestor will have a Workflow in your court item with the step of Initiator Review. Open the process, read the comments from the e-Builder administrator, make the fix required and then resubmit to complete the process.
