- Do they work for or represent an MIT DLC with a valid business use for Thalia?
- Is their use-case better served by Stellar Images (for teaching purposes) or DOME/DSpace (for archival purposes)?
- That the customer has a grasp of their own needs regarding metadata, and customization plans made if necessary.
- What training needs the customer will have for their admins domain administrators and users.
- Whether the customer requires logo-customization.
A new domain can be commissioned when the Thalia team is convinced that the stated needs can be met reasonably.
