Thalia environments and workflow

The thalia working environment is split into four parts:

Nightly builds and smoke tests run on isda-build1.mit.edu .

We may put files on isda-build1.mit.edu/~isdasnap for AMIT to deploy during release.

value for repository.location in ime\Trunk\thalia\src\main\filters*.properties (There are dev.properties for the development environment, test.properties for the testing environment, and prod.properties for the production environment.
