This process should not be used to add a new user to the e-Builder system. Use 01.02 - Add New User and/or Contact Request (NUSER) for that purpose.

A project manager is typically the initiator of a request to add a user to the project. To do so, the project manager completes the below process form. When the form is completed, click the Submit button.

  • If the request has all of the information needed the e-Builder administrator will add the resource to the project.
  • If more information is needed the requestor will have a Workflow in your court item with the step of Initiator Review. Open the process, read the comments from the e-Builder administrator, make the fix required and then resubmit to complete the process.
