This page lists venues and meeting spaces commonly used by the CRE Events Team. It includes information about the space (such as capacity, location, etc...) and instructions to book the space.

Booking Room in SA+P
- There are rooms in Building 7, 9, + 10 that are controlled by SA+P.
(Includes spaces like the City Arena) - Room requests for these spaces can be made here:
- Plan for a 24-48 hour response time

- May take up to 24 hours for confirmation
Media Lab

The Media Lab’s E14/ E15 event spaces are open for the Media Lab, School of Architecture + Planning, all MIT departments and recognized MIT student groups to host academic- and research-related events. The event must have relevance to MIT’s educational and/or research mission.

The space cannot be rented for personal events such as weddings or corporate off-site meetings.

Non-MIT groups are permitted to rent the space if the space is booked by an MIT sponsor. The MIT sponsor becomes the event host responsible for:
