| Stellar Mobile Web ServiceWhat does it do? The Stellar Mobile Web Service delivers a mobile version of the familiar Stellar interface to students and faculty. What can I use it for? Use the Stellar Mobile Web Service to view the Stellar Course Catalog, as well as your personalized information on @Stellar. Such information includes your courses, enrollment info, announcements, etc. Is it a mobile app? No. The Stellar Mobile Web Service is a generally available web service that can be accessed from any mobile browser, and does not any require installation or setup. It is independent of the MIT iPhone app. How do I access it? To access the Stellar Mobile Web Service, use your mobile browser to navigate to Stellar (http://stellar.mit.edu.ezproxyberklee.flo.org). If you have accessed this wiki page using a tablet or mobile phone, you may also use this link. Beta 2 Released November 9th, 2011The second beta release introduced UI and usability updates, enhancements to layout and navigation, and other improvements. Beta 1 Released August 31st, 2011Initial public release of the service. |
