Do not go online to find the cheapest source for things you want. MIT has discounts and free shipping from certain vendors. VWR is likely to be the cheapest source for anything that they carry, give or take a couple of dollars. Any vendor who I have to contact to arrange not to pay tax (or worse, get the tax refunded), pay with a credit card, and do the paperwork for RLE and MIT is one I don't want to deal with.
