- Remove any antivirus software that may currently be installed on your machine
- Download the file named "eset-mit.zip" and expand its contents
- Move the files named "esets_remote_install.pkg" and "esetesets_setup.sh" to your Desktop
- Open Terminal.app and run the following command:
mv ~/Desktop/esetesets_setup.sh /tmp - Open Terminal.app and run the following command:
sudo installer -pkg ~/Desktop/esets_remote_install.pkg -target / - ESET will now silently install in the background. When you see the green ESET icon in the menubar, the install has completed (approx. time to complete: 120 seconds)
