This solution would physically store informationis a non-computer interface solution. The mailbox would be placed at the entrance of the school so that both Busy Brenda and Tammy Teacher would Tammy would have access to it. - Brenda, could express her concerns by writing a note and putting it into Tammy’s slot.

| Design 2 - Observation Tablet
The interface is designed to be ultra-efficient. The teacher can take fast notes of anything she observes, and communicate all these observations to her observations during class, and share them with Busy Brenda. Busy Brenda cancheck can check her mail daily and stay updated on Sarah’s progress.

- When When Teacher Tammy checked Sarah successfully did her homework, she would click on Sarah's name, type a message on the textbox and save it. Her comment would be saved in Sarah's page.
