this is the login screen. Ms. Frizzle log in with her user name and password.
Image Added	The tab menu allows Ms. Frizzle to pick a what activity she would like to perform on the website. She can go to the grade book , add assignments or create and review forms. In this case she will click on forms to create a permission slip.
Image Added	when she clicks on forms , she will see two links. The first for creating a new form, and the Second for viewing old forms. In our scenario she wants to click on create a new form.
Image Added	upon clicking she will be able to upload a PDF of the permission slip.
Image Added	Arnold's mom log in to ConnectEd with her user name and password.
Image Added	She can change between her kids in the drop down list at the left top corner. Since she wants to sign a permission slip she clicks on forms.
