Problem Statement
Hand-sewing is an extremely useful skill that can potentially become a great outlet for creativity. Sadly, many people do not even know the most basic sewing skills to do simple tasks such as repairing a seam or sewing on a button.
Because it is such a hands on discipline, sewing is most easily learned with in-person instruction; however, this is not possible for many, because they may not know someone who can teach them and classes are often expensive.
