New CSF AbstractIntegrationTestBase.java unit test base class

This new CSF abstract class is to be used with all unit tests.  It replaces the following deprecated classes

  • BaseTransactionalIntegrationTest
  • AbstractTransactionalDataSourceSpringContextTests

that were used in sais-common.
