Description
In order for the Ensemble to stay an Ensemble, members need to know each other and see each other often. The Events Coordinator should plan plans as many parties, outings, and excursions as physically possible.
Responsibilities
1) The EC must coordinate the transportation to and ticket purchases for events (if necessary).
2) They must keep a record of who went to what events so that membership requirements for event attendance can be properly documented for the officers. The EC must make sure to coordinate enough events for members to get their required number of events to maintain membership.
Ideas
1) Karaoke Night, Movie Night, Local Theater, Frisbee, BBQ, Theater Games.
2) Variety is important. Don't have all the events be seeing shows!
