FMP Installation Steps 

1. Install ODBC Driver

ODBC driver may need to be installed on all machines accessing the database, not just FileMaker server. I discovered that the Execute SQL script step used in many of the FileMaker scripts will run only when a DSN on a local machine is present. I have not discovered a way to use the server DSN to run Execute SQL script.

2. Add ODBC Data Source (you'll need to go through this twice, once for 'proposal_cycle_2' (RFP db) and once for 'mitsg' (PM db))
