During pre-proposal submission, _PIs_ submit proposals via the *pre-proposal submission interface*, and _eSG Administrators_ manage the pre-proposal submission process via the *Administrative Review web interface* or the *RFP FMP interface*. The Administrative Review interface is only for retrieving information, while the RFP FMP interface is for managing the information. This will become more clear in later phases of the RFP cycle.
