· January – “Informal Info” for IS&T staff – learn about PMBA flexible tools - HR Payroll feedback on wiki very positive
- Project Execution Guidelines for Senior Staff: Project Execution Guidelines.docx** make questions more open ended so more analysis happens
- biggest challenge of not having department wide project reviews is resource planning and allocation
