Maria searches for Yale on Campus Connect and gets to Yale’s main page.
She goes to the Photos page and browses through the posted pictures.
She goes to the Reviews page to look for a review about the Hispanic community on campus.
She goes to the Forum page to post a question about the Hispanic clubs, associations and events on campus.
Learnability:
- The tab design is easy to navigate and understand.
Visibility:
- The name of the university can get lost on the page. Needs to be more prominent.
- There is a lot of information on the front page of the University, which might lead some information to get lost in the page.
- Photos have captions so that a user knows what they are about
- Reviews have pictures of the user who wrote them
Efficiency:
- The page loads more as you scroll (infinite scrolling)
- The tabs allow the user to get to the different sub-pages very quickly.
Error Prevention:
- There is little order to the Forum section. There needs to be a section that just deals with common questions.

...
- The front page doesn’t have any questions from the forum. Isn’t redundant enough.
