Problem Statement
Satisfying MIT’s humanities requirement can involve navigating a complex and confusing system of categories and restrictions. Currently, the primary tool that MIT students use in schedule planning and course selection is the official MIT Course Catalog. However, the Course Catalog does not provide adequate search options, and it is difficult for users to browse the results of their search.
