     a) Agree on a detailed outline together with figures / figure types : Deadline 03/02/10
     b) Develop a clear task list for both analyses : Deadline 03/02/10
     c) Presentation to SPIN PWG of overall plan (Requires items a) and b)) : 03/04/10
     d) Prepare two separate PN along with completion of tasks
     e) Prepare two solid paper drafts
     f) Paper proposal presentation to SPIN PWG with PN and paper drafts followed by GPC requests
