After the migration
* logon to the Webclient, Outlook Web Access (OWA) <http://mv.ezproxy.com.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/> and confirm success of email and calendar data migration
* an email will be sent to the departmental contact or designate representative confirming the migration was completed
* if arrangements have been made in advance, the transition team will be on-site to assist the day after migration
* after five business days and upon departmental confirmation that all users data was migrated and customer satisfied, the accounts will be unsplit
* continue to use Tech Time until all of IS&T migrations have been complete (July 31st) -
*at that point all IS&T business will be scheduled on exchange Exchange calendar and staff who wish to continue utilizing Tech Time will need to maintain both calendars
