Having answered 2 questions today from admin assistants who want to know how to request that graduating students be able to keep their
accounts for a bit longer, I wonder if some sort of preemptive communication to the community (itpartners? some other list of faculty?) would be useful? Maybe in May and January we send e-mail informing faculty of the sponsorship process, telling them that there's no charge, telling them who needs to send the e-mail, how often it will be renewed, etc.

If you think this is a good idea, I'd happily draft something up...
