A highly selective program for MIT engineering students, GEL responds to a national need to develop selected students into leading technical endeavors. For these few students, GEL is an intensely personalized leadership development program featuring a high degree of interaction with industry leaders, faculty and fellow students. For other MIT Juniors and Seniors interested in honing their engineering leadership skills, the Gordon Engineer (GE) track offers similar academic subjects and practical experiences.
