1. 1. Send the Preliminary Questionnairevia RT.
   2. Receive answers to Preliminary Questionnaire.
       
2. Determine if a Thalia domain is to be granted to this customer.
   1. Send the Follow-up Questionnaire.
   2. Make sure answers received are complete.
        
3. Forward domain request to Qing Dong, dongq@mit.edu via RT.
   1. Batch domain requests and submit on Wednesdays.
   2. Qing asks the Touchstone people to add the domain to their database.
   3. Qing creates the new domain in the alfresco database.
   4. Qing emails Thalia support that domain creation is successful.
   5. Turn-around is 2 days.
        
4. Thalia support creates the domain administrator/s.
   1. Login to https://mv-ezproxy-com.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/resttest.jsp
   2. Click on the "Super User Self Reg" button.
      1. It should return "status=true"
   3. Login to https://mv-ezproxy-com.ezproxyberklee.flo.org/resttest.jsp
   4. Create user accounts for the domain administrator/s.
      1. Remember to check the "Is Domain Administrator" box.
           
5. Add the domain administrator/s to the thalia-info mailman list.
     
6. Send the Welcome to Your Thalia Domain letter.
    
7. Update the Matrix of Thalia Customers.
