February 2February 2, 2009 Time to Update Project Status With the start of February, it's time to update the status of IS&T projects within Daptiv PPM. For a quick tutorial in updating projects, please refer to our Frequently Asked Questions section.January 5 January 5, 2009 IS&T PM Brown Bag Sessions These sessions were kicked off in December of 2008 with a discussion on Scope Management. Future sessions will be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month from noon until 1:30 in W92 Back Bay A&B. For additional information, please see the IS&T Project Management Brown Bag Sessions section. December 1, 2008 Updated Project Priorities for Winter 2008 The VP Staff has identified it's priority projects for the Winter 2008 (December 1 - February 28) season. The list and supporting information can be found in the Project Reports section. October 23, 2008 Daptiv Winter 09 Release Coming! The newest release of our Daptiv PPM system (Winter 09) will be coming on Monday, November 10th. Features available within this new release include: - Firefox support -- Daptiv will now be completely Firefox-compatible.
- Improved Gantt charts -- improved look, resource drag-n-drop, multiple baselines, etc.
- Notification enhancements -- you will be able to opt for digest-style Daptiv notifications as well as suspending notifications during prolonged time away.

September 23, 2008 ITWork Database Export is now available The ITWork database (IS&T's initial portfolio tracking tool) was decomissioned in January 2008. The final export of data from that system can be accessed on the IS&T Project Reports section under the Attachments tab.
