due to having multiple email
accounts with Default Account
set to MIT IMAP)

Saves in temporary folder.
When draft is created in Exchange, it shows in Draft folder of iPhone.

Sent Items Stored

works only with the default
Signature setting on the iPhone
does not work with the Exhange
account setup for Signature
