After full proposals are peer reviewed, PIs are offered the opportunity to submit rebuttals to these reviews via the .


Prior to accepting rebuttals, refer to the following settings in Call Management :

  • Confirm that the Rebuttal Deadline is correctly set for the call.
     
  • To open PI access to peer reviews, set the associated toggle to 'Yes'. As a result, the option to access peer reviews will appear in the Control Panel.
     
  • To open PI access to submit rebuttals, set the associated toggle to 'Yes'. As a result, the option to begin rebuttals will appear in the Control Panel.

  • PIs respond to each peer review individually, and may upload documents in support of their rebuttals. Documents may only be uploaded if comments have also been included in the rebuttal form.
     
  • The PI Rebuttals web interface offers a printer-friendly pop-up window of all peer reviews (blinded) for a proposal, with rating explanations.
