For gathering data from a request initiated by a DLC and then conducting a preliminary evaluation if a DLC managed project requires DOF resource engagement.

This process provides a department, lab, center or college the ability to provide the DOF information regarding minor work they would like done. The DLC can also use this process as a request for DOF services.
This process is a public URL that allows any user to send a request irrespective of having an eBuilder account.

The requestor fills out the MDLC Request form, providing information about the work. This is a public URL The user fills out the required fields, then clicks Submit. The next step is DOF Program Manager Review.

The information is reviewed by the DOF DLC Program Manager and decides if further DOF review is needed. The DOF DLC Program Manager can then Submit or Void the process. The next step is Notify DLC.

The contracts team notifies the requestor or contact person (if different from the requestor) via email that the DOF is reviewing the request. The contracts team starts a NEWPRJ (Project #99976) request from the New Projects Request process and then can either Submit or Void the process. The next step is Finish.
