Operations Handbook

This is the MIT Center for Real Estate Operations Handbook.

The primary audience for this handbook is CRE Staff. It is 's intended to know how 1) instruct staff what to do in case if you are out of the office or leave CRE. It is also useful to jot down specific ; and 2) to record processes and procedures that you do infrequently, so that you will know what remember how to do something six or sixty months from now , without needing to figure out relearn the process again.
