This is the MIT Center for Real Estate Operations Handbook.
The primary audience for this handbook is CRE Staff. It is intended to know how what to do in case you are out of the office or leave CRE. It is also useful to jot down specific processes and procedures that you do infrequently, so that you will know what to do six or sixty months from now, without needing to figure out the process again.
