It is exceptionally rare that situations arise in which this responsibility is relevant. At such times, you may wish to consult with other Senior members of the ensemble. Director
Make sure the director and any other professionals from outside MIT are treated with respect and treat the ensemble with respect. Though the producer will usually handle this, it is ultimately the responsibility of the President. We have a contract the directors should sign before they start working with us (after play choice, in conjunction with other on-boarding paperwork).
Publicity
Though you are not directly responsible for any publicity, it is good to be aware of any ensemble publicity that is occurring outside MIT.
