    • If the Outcome was Partial Pass because it is an oral history interview without a signature from the interviewee or interviewer or (for most recent collections) a signature from MIT, enter either “Oral history without interviewee/interviewer signature” or “Oral history without MIT countersignature” (or both if applicable)

    • If the outcome was Fail because there is no deed of gift and no documentation showing intent to donate, enter “No deed of gift or evidence of intent to donate”

    • If the outcome was Fail because it is an oral history interview without a signature from the interviewee, enter “Oral history without interviewee signature”
