- Click the Settings icon.
- Select Internet options.
- Click the Delete ... button.
- Configure the options to clear all cookies, cache and history. Advise the user that they will lose those items from past usage of the browser.
- Click the Delete button.
- Click the Content tab.
- Click the Clear SSL state button.
- Click the OK button.
- Close the browser and login to e-Builder. (e-builder.mit.edu)
