Single Sign On Issues
The error message below is indicative of single sign on/socket layer issues. e-Builder admins have seen instances of this error with both Chrome and Internet Explorer.
Chrome
At times issues logging into e-Builder may produce this error. To date this has occurred only in Chrome and the instructions apply only to Chrome. There are similar settings found in other browsers.
The error message (displayed after completing Kerberos login routine) is: e-Builder Error: System error occurred while decoding the token
You may Depending upon the browser the procedure to clear this error by following the below procedure.is slightly different.
Chrome
To clear this error in Chrome:
- Go to Chrome Settings.
- Scroll down and click Advanced
- Click Clear Browsing data.
- The Clear Browsing data window appears.
- Check Browsing History, Cookies and other site data and Cached Images and files
- Click the Clear data.
- Click Open Proxy Setting
- Click Content
- Click Clear SSL State
