The project manager is responsible for timely updates. - Update the Project Status by using the drop down menu.
- Enter text for your project update in the Latest Project Update (by PM) text box.
- Indicate using the radio buttons if project schedule dates have been updated.
- Enter or change the PM Estimate at Completion as needed.
- You may add project photos to the project record.
You may save the update as a draft if you are not ready to release the update to all project team members. Click Submit to finish the update. First use Section |

| Steps- Enter the Current Project Update. Note that the text box for this is expandable by dragging the bottom right corner of the text box. This is the only required field.
- Usng the dropdown menu, enter the Current Project Status.
- Enter the Current PM Estimate at Completion.
- Add a photo to be included in the Project Manager's Project Update.
- Please enter your name. This simulates your affixing your signature to a document.
- Use the Date Picker to enter the date you are submitting the update.
- Enter any schedule notes. This text box is also expandable.
