Matt Question 5: When a user tried create a BIS account for the first time, they received an error message stating "Your account is not accessible via HTML browser..." Why does this happen?
Example of Error: 
Verizon's Answer: The user must of initially tried using the Email Setup Wizard on the device, once this has been clicked and started it will lock the users PIN/Device into a user "Shell account". In order for the user to log in via the BIS webpage they will need to contact Verizon Support.
