A new domain can be commissioned when the Thalia team is convinced that the stated needs can be met reasonably.
Request for new domain creation must be made to the ISDA Ops team - they must be told the requested domain name (generally of the form "domainname.thalia.mit.edu") and the kerberos principle username of the primary administrator of the new domain.
