The Stratologger is a commercial altimeter frequently used by the team. It has 2 deployment channels and onboard data logging. The CF version is substantially smaller than the older SL version, but is almost identical functionally. An even newer version with a connector for an external beeper/LED has been released. The Stratologger CF100 weighs approximately 9 grams.
